The Office of Black Catholic Ministries for the Archdiocese of New Orleans is looking for an Assistant Director who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of a variety of program services aimed at meeting the goals and objectives of the office and the archdiocese. The staff member is responsible for assisting in the oversight of programs, staff and services of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Direct experience in coordinating/leading ministry and theology programs;
- Experience at an assistant director/program coordinator level, including budget and asset allocation and grant management.
- College degree preferred with 2-5 years’ relevant work experience;
- Use of technology platforms including electronic communications, data-system record-keeping and report writing.
