Sankofa Day of Reflection

The Sankofa Day of Reflection is an annual event held on the first Saturday of Lent. It began as a way to gather members of the Black Catholic Community together from across the dioceses of Louisana in prayer to guide our Lenten journey. Since it's inception it has become a way for members of the different communities to come together to pray, reflect and plan as we work to keep our faith communities strong and vibrant.
